Mentorship Program
Wall Street Girls believes in the importance of role models, which is why we introduced our formal Mentorship Program for members to connect with leading women in the field. The WSG Mentorship Program is a 12-week program open to all members of WSG interested in or working in the financial services industry. Our goal is to allow mentees to develop long lasting relationships with and gain valuable career advice from experienced professionals, developing their professional skills and advancing their careers along the way. For mentors, the program is an opportunity to not only network with other professionals but to support and connect with the industry leaders of tomorrow. Participants are matched according to their areas of expertise, goals, personality, and learning styles.

At least 5 years of relevant work experience

Motivated by a desire to see the next generation of female leaders achieve their full potential

Able to allocate sufficient time to their mentee and to meetings once a month
Apart from full commitment to the program, no specific skillsets or experiences are required to be accepted into the program. We are looking to bring on a diverse set of participants with different professional backgrounds and interests within finance and thus encourage all interested women to apply!

Applications for our 2021 Fall Mentorship Program are currently closed. Our 2022 Spring Mentorship Program (April 2022 - June 2022) will begin accepting applications in March. Please check back in then!
